Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Female Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for assisting the sales team in exploring new sales opportunities, new prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone.An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and must have proficient cold-calling and persuasive telemarketing skills. Candidate must be comfortable explaining our products and services over the phone as well as handling any complaints and doubts and forward them to the concerned team.The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Task and Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the CRM database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Minimum requirements

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role / merchandising / promoting.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English, Arabic is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus

System Analyst-Male

Job description

The System Analyst Customer Service is responsible for provisioning the products and providing technical assistance to end users, answering questions or resolving product problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location. He is also responsible for managing the installation through 3rd party installer (Car electricians) network of GPS device installers in his region. The System Analyst reports to the Country Manager.


Job Duties 


  1. Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
  2. Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers.
  3. Validates results by testing programs. Ensures operation by training client personnel; providing support. Provides reference by writing documentation.
  4. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  5. Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features
  6. Collaborate with IT team and developers to produce new systems.
  7. Train users on the new operation systems and provide support.
  8. Ensure deadline and budget requirements are met
  9. Collaborate with Stakeholders to Define and Document Program Requirements
  10. Increase System Performance and Efficiency Through In-Depth Tests and Analysis
  11. Oversee Installation and Configuration of Customized Systems.

  14. WebLogic Development Framework Experience

  17. Tune supporting queries and report build processes to improve end-user access response times
  18. Provide production support of deployed BI solutions to meet customer needs and timelines
  19. Research data transformation/logic issues in a timely manner to resolve issue(s) faced by customer.

Skills Required:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering,
  2. Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle protocols
  3. Advanced knowledge in Vehicle technologies, Fleet Management software
  4. Verticals covered in the Connected Cars Industry are Car rental, Car Sharing, School Bus, Logistics and General transport, Construction, Ready mix, Refrigerated cargo, Container tracking, Waste management, Passenger Tracking, Smart Cities.
  5. Project management experience preferred

GPS Device Installer/Technician

Job description

The Device installer is responsible for all installation of GPS devices in Vehicles for “LOCATION SOLUTIONS”. The Device Installer will report to the Technical Manager.

Task and Responsibilities:

  • Drive to customer sites to do the installation or trouble shooting of GPS Tracking Devices
  • Maintain records of daily activities and update stock information skills

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Newly graduate in Auto Electrical device installation such as GPS device, Auto entertainment systems,etc
  • Knowledge of electronics for vehicles and motorized assets (generators, freezers, etc)
  • Good grasp of English speaking and writing.
  • Ability to use a PC to configure and test the GPS device during the installation.

Minimum requirements

  • Having a driving license(optional)
  • Expected starting date is ASAP
  • Gender: Male
  • Degree: Auto Electrician Technical Degree.
